It seems that the government of Sudan got a little upset about a nuclear test that we didn't do there in 1962.

It all started a week ago when a congresswoman commented on a nuclear test called Project Sedan. She was misquoted as saying "Project Sudan". Before anyone in the US government knew it, the Sudanese government was demanding explanations and the Chinese media was claiming that the US was responsible for a spike in cancer in Sudan. Apparently itsallgood now though. Linky
